If you experience problems with the video playback, there are a few things you should check before you contact our Central Helpdesk.

Have you updated your Flash plugin lately?

Has your computer been slow lately? You may want to check your pc for, malware, spyware, or viruses.

Is you computer older than 5 years? You may want to check your video card or its drivers.

If none of these suggestions work for you, please contact our Central Helpdesk and supply them with the details of your pc/Mac, such as operating system (Windows Vista, Mac OSX, etc) and the browser and virus checker you are using.

Help, I can not see all movies!

A few videos are set to "private" by users. These are usually home videos they want to share with other posters. If you click on "friends" in the top menu bar you can fill in the name of the poster and invite him or her to put you on their friends list. Once the invitation is accepted you will find a confirmation will be sent to your Inbox .
(The [ Friends ] link is also located in the top menu bar of the members area.)

Important: The private options is to protect posters of private home made movies from lurkers who may to download or repost those movies. The administrator can see all videos and if you are using the private option to post illegal material, your video will be removed and if the video depicts minors your account will also be deleted without refund.
